Norman Cahill was a taxi dispatcher working in Chicago.
Biography[]
One day, Cahill’s employee Joseph Morton arrived for work. However, the headless ghost of Harold "Swordsman" Baker attacked and killed Morton on front of Cahill, traumatizing him. Cahill was interrogated by Captain L. Jonas, the police officer investigating the murder, and Cahill’s claims of Morton having been murdered by a headless biker were dismissed as delusional ravings, and Jonas had him placed in the psychiatric ward of Mercy General Hospital.
Carl Kolchak snuck into the ward and interviewed Cahill, promising to believe his claims. Cahill told Kolchak about what he saw, only for a nurse and two security guards to escort Kolchak out for sneaking in.
